The annual quantity of organic matter is estimated at 1,200 metric tons for 3,550 collection units. Tender documents may be obtained through the electronic tendering system , upon payment of the fees charged by the system operator. The City declines all responsibility for the fact that documents passing through this system are incomplete or missing. Only bidders having a place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of public procurement concluded with Quebec and applicable to the City are authorized to submit a bid. To be considered, the offer must be accompanied by a bid bond for a minimum value of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the offer (taxes included), valid for a period of eighty- ten (90) days following the date of opening of tenders, in one of the forms described below: a certified check or bank draft made payable to Ville de Bois-des-Filion ; Where a bid bond issued by an insurance company authorized by the Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec (AMF) to stand surety.
