Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Candiac, Quebec. Working plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field and water / sewer project.
Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to the André-J.-Côté park. The scope of the project includes the stabilization of the banks of the waterways, improvement of the drainage and replacement of the sewer pipes, development of a shore promenade, walking paths, renovation work of the park chalet and other facilities. TIMELINE: Project design is in an advanced stage. Professional consultant are preparing plans by construction packages. Tender for the first package contractor is anticipated in summer 2025. Further update at that time.
