Renovation of a water / sewer project in Alpena, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of February 2, 2023, no bids were received for this project. The City of Alpena will receive Proposals for the replacement of four single commercial door and one double commercial door within the Water Recycling Plant. Project location/delivery site is the City of Alpena Water Recycling Plant, 210 Harbor Drive, Alpena, Michigan 49707. The City reserves the right to reject any proposals and to waive irregularities in proposals, which may be in the best interest of the City. 1. Billing Office Main Entrance. Double door (74") with windows. 2. Operations and Management Office entrance. Single solid (35 3/4 ") entry door with window. 3. Billing Office Employee entrance. Single solid (35 3/4 ") entry door with window. 4. Lab entrance. Single solid (40") entry door with window. 5. Rear Plant entrance. Single solid (35 3/4 ") entry door. Install all new hardware and locks. Locks on Door 1 shall be keys to existing lock. Doors 2 through 5 shall be coded keyless entry. All doors shall include weather stripping and create a tight seal when closed. Doors shall have an ADA compliant threshold.
