New construction of a structural steel framed building with steel roof deck, exterior brick veneer, membrane roofing, curtainwall, storefront, interior partitions, finishes and as otherwise indicated on Drawings. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
