Demolition, site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Saint Ann, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

The Project will include the selective demolition and renovation of the interior of the St. Ann Jack Rehagen Municipal Pool Building. Including, but not limited to: Infill existing lap pool and spa. Existing toilet rooms and shower rooms Concession Stand Filter and pump rooms Selective exterior downspout replacement Alternate #1: Expand the footprint of the existing concession stand to the outside face of the existing roof trusses Alternate #2: Paint the exterior walls, trim, louvers etc. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. All checks shall be made payable to the City of St. Ann. This renovation project will also include MEP work as further described in the plan set and specifications. Not less than the prevailing hourly rates of wages as found by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri, or determined by court on appeal, shall be paid to all workers performing work under this Contract. Payments for work completed shall be processed and paid on a monthly basis. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City. Completion Date: 150 Calendar Days.
