The Borough of Conshohocken is seeking proposals for design consultant services for the reconstruction of the walking trail at Sutcliffe Park and related park improvements. Services to be provided include final design of the project based on its conceptual plan; development of construction documents; securing any necessary third-party permits; bidding and contracting; bid evaluation and recommendation; construction oversite together with the Borough Department of Licenses and Inspections, and review and evaluation of all contractor invoices, and project close-out. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience with similar types of projects and grants, capacity to complete the project, personnel qualifications, time frame for completion, and cost. The Sutcliffe Park Trail Reconstruction Project is being funded by the Borough of Conshohocken and grants from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources - Community Conservation Partnership Program Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Commonwealth Finance Agency. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
