Renovation of a museum in Oswego, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
NEW EXTERIOR ADA RAMP Contractors must have experience in this type and size of work for a minimum of five years and will be required to furnish references and examples of projects. Bid security and performance bonds will be required. Contractors will be required to comply with equal employment opportunities and the Illinois Department of Labor prevailing wage rates for Kendall and Will County. The Oswegoland Park District is not responsible for communications received or not received through any other source. The Oswegoland Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Carefully remove and salvage brick pavers for reinstallation Remove and salvage field stone pavers Remove and dispose of 5'-0" door and frame Provide and install tree protection at existing tree Provide new structural framing for ramp, including posts, beams and joists Provide new guardrails with metal handrails Provide new door and frame in existing opening Provide new lattice work and trim privacy panels with 2 gates Provide new trimwork and wall patching at perimeter of door opening Provide raceways for video door bell and chime Install salvaged brick pavers in new layout Furnish and install landscape gravel on weed barrier fabric The project must be completed by June 16, 2023
