This project includes providing a vendor-hosted web platform for instrumentation monitoring CPW dams as defined below. This project may also include as-needed field troubleshooting and installation of new monitoring and ADAS hardware. Any additional unforeseen tasks agreed upon by CPW and the successful Vendor may be added to the contract/agreement by a signed amendment. Amendments must be approved by all parties including the State Controller or his delegate. Eligible Vendors may submit Requests for Clarifications regarding the Project or any aspect of the RFP or its attachments by the deadline indicated in Table 1 to: Becca Kreski, Deputy Procurement Director Email: becca.kreski@state.co.us Please include "Instrumentation Monitoring Services, RFP PMAA 2023*003" in the subject line of your email. This project will be for a duration of 3 +1 +1 years. This format means that following vendor selection, the first three contract years (Years 1 through 3) of the project are guaranteed (conditional upon satisfactory completion of the project requirements). The following year (Year 4) can be mutually agreed upon by CPW and the Vendor to continue the contract. Similarly, the project can continue for a fifth year (Year 5), pending mutual interest from CPW and Vendor. Each year of the project will have a separate contract document (either contract or purchase order), but this will not affect the above described project duration.
