Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raymond, Mississippi. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 14, 2023, bids received were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Upgrade Fuel Farm Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Hinds Community College reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted. The General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, AIA Document A201, Seventeenth Edition, 2017, Articles 1 through 15 inclusive, is a part of this Contract and is incorporated herein. B. Bidding Copy: For the purpose of bidding, Contractors are presumed to be familiar with AIA Document A201, a copy of which may be obtained from the Project Professional, or examined in the Project Professionals office. This special conditions section clearly outlines all Special Conditions for the General Contractors that will be working on Hinds Community Colleges campuses. B. REMOVAL OF RUBBISH: From the start of the Work until the entire completion of the Work, the Contractor(s) shall keep on hand an adequate crew of laborers and / or other personnel to keep the entire building and surrounding streets,sidewalks alleys, etc. free from any dirt, rubbish, and other debris resulting from the execution of this Contract. It shall be the responsibility of each individual prime contractor to remove all such debris from the building and site on a daily basis. At all times, the site of the work shall present a neat, orderly, and workmanlike appearance.
