Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a military facility in San Miguel, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,879-square-foot military facility; for site work for a military facility; and for asbestos abatement for a military facility.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Victory Hall - Bldg. 6023 - CR located at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Work to include Repair work will include abatement of Lead and Asbestos containing materials, elective demolition, HVAC system, electrical system, interior finishes, latrines, data/communication system, pole mounted transformer, fire protection, gypsum wall board (GWB). All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
