The project consists of the installation of an innovative and energy management and electrical storage system to stabilize the frequencies and variations of electrical supply, to cap consumption peaks at the Parc Innovation-ACELP de l 'UDS. It also involves setting up a test platform for research activities related to microgrids, the management of energy flows and the storage of renewable energies. This equipment will make it possible to delay the changeover to the park's emergency power supply network in the event of a loss of power from the electrical network and thus reduce the need for generator systems powered by fossil fuels. More specifically, the project therefore consists of designing, supplying, building, installing and commissioning a functional and efficient microgrid consisting of: a new microgrid substation near building P1 of the UDS Innovation-ACELP Park;
an SSE system, of at least 2MWh, and of the lithium-ion (Li-ion) type or equivalent;
the integration of the buildings in the islandable zone, including their building management systems SGB (Building Management System) and their respective generator;
a microgrid controller and automation of the microgrid substation to interface the microgrid to the energy and control systems of the UDS;
protection systems and the corresponding recommended settings applicable to the point of connection of the power-generating installation (PRIPE);
from the microgrid communication network to the interface points with the telecommunication network. Brief description of the options: Additional acquisition options for the central energy storage system (SEEC) Contract length : 16 months Bid guarantee: The TENDERER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee, for a fixed amount of TEN PER CENT (10%) of the price proposed in his Bid. Performance Guarantee: A performance guarantee and a guarantee of the SUPPLIER's obligations for wages, materials and services, each of which must be for an amount equivalent to FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the amount of the Works, are requested.
