The PMHA is soliciting bids for the installation of a fire-sprinkler system in the Rustic Ridge housing development and replacement of gas-fired water heaters in all scattered sites dwelling units. The PMHA will award a single contract to the lowest responsible and reasonable bidder. This will be based on the lowest total bid price for all work. The Project generally consists of installation of new fire sprinkler piping, heads, associated accessories, and decorative shielding as well as replacement of gas-fired water heaters, expansion tanks, related accessories and new PVC flues. The Architect and Owner have identified the work items, the location where the work is to be performed, and the quantity of the work. Refer to the Project Manual and drawings for additional information.
