Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cave Creek, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of 02/17/2023 Award should be done by end of month. The Town of Cave Creek is proposing to have a complete microsurface overlay installation on Carefree Hwy. The project boundaries will consist of all the east bound and west bound lanes including turning bays of Carefree Hwy. The boundaries of the projects are from the west edge of the intersection of 48th St to the West edge of the Cave Creek Rd intersection. The project will consist of approximately 43,000 Square Yards. The successful bidder will be required to provide 100 percent performance and payment bonds in accordance with MAG Standard Specifications. The successful bidder will be required to provide insurances commensurate with those listed in the MAG Standard Specifications and name the Town as an additional insured as appropriate.
