Site work and renovation of a civil project in West Monroe, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project are going to advertise it at a later date. Removal of existing WWTP in Country Heritage Estates. Proposed Lift Station in Country Heritage Estates and Sewer Force Main to existing Lift Station on Avant Road. Estimated Probable Construction Cost: $733,000 Sewer Lift Station for WWTP in Country Heritage Estates & Proposed Sewer Force Main Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable Bid Bond payable to West Ouachita Sewerage District No.5 in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Each bid shall also be accompanied by a Corporate Resolution or written evidence of the authority of the person signing the bid for the public work as prescribed by LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). Electronic bids will not be allowed on this project. The successful bidder must submit executed copies of the Non-Collusion Declaration, Attestation Clause, and E-Verify Affidavit within ten (10) days of the bid opening. These items may be submitted with the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the full amount of the Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. In addition, the successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as provided for in LA R.S. 38:2214(B).
