SCOPE OF WORK - Provide construction labor, material and equipment for the McHarg Park Recreational Improvements project at McHarg Park, 409 2nd St, Avondale, CO 81022. Contract time: To be determined by Contractor. Certificates of insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. Sealed bids may be submitted electronically to purchasing@pueblocounty.us or by U.S. Mail or Currier to the Pueblo County Purchasing Division at the address listed above. Bidders can hand-deliver their sealed bid. Please call the Pueblo County Purchasing Division at (719) 583-6097 to schedule an appointment or you can put it in our drop box. The subject line of the email must read: "Sealed Bid, 23-01 - McHarg Park Recreational Improvements". Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. For electronically submitted bids, the date and time listed in the Outlook Inbox for the above- referenced email address will be the official date and time of when a bid was received.
