The District Office, 23134 U. S. Highway 61, Morley, MO 63767. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 calendar days after the actual date of opening thereof. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. Bidders must provide documentation of compliance with the E-Verify requirements. Contractors are required to comply with the requirements for an OSHA 10-hour construction safety course. The Scott County PWSD No. 4 and the Village of Haywood City are Equal Opportunity Employer and invites the submission of bids from minority, women, and Section 3-owned firms.
