**As of April 11, 2023 , this project has been to Phase 1 Construction for $415,800.00** For improvements to the Peytonsville Fire & Rescue Subsurface Disposal System. The project is located at 4950 Harpeth-Peytonsville Road, Thompsons Station, TN 37179 The project consists of furnishing labor, material, services, and equipment for fabrication, delivery, and installation of work as identified in the Contract Documents prepared by Lambe + Associates, LLC dated 01.22.23 and Parts 1&2 by T-Square Engineering dated 06.10.21 and 06.11.21 respectively. Specific work includes the installation of 2 septic systems; a smaller system for the existing fire truck bay floor drain system, a larger system serving the existing Fire Hall (both existing and anticipated future upgrades), and miscellaneous items as shown in the drawings and specifications.It is not the intent of Williamson County to favor one vendor; however, we do, from time to time, have to rely on vendors' help in writing specifications. We will accept all bids with exceptions noted, and all bids will be given equal consideration. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must also be included with the bid. An executed Drug-Free Affidavit, Ethical Standards Affidavit, Iran Divestment Affidavit, Immigration Attestation Affidavit, Fair Employment Affidavit, Israel Boycott Affidavit and Business Tax and License Affidavit and Contractor's Qualification Statement must also be included with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to comply with contract and insurance and to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the amount of the contract. Sample contracts are draft only and terms can change at the discretion of the County. The successful bidder will be provided with one (1) CD-Rom with electronic files of the Contract Documents in Portable Document Format (pdf) and five (5) complete, hard-copy sets of the Contract Documents for use in executing the work Williamson County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of Williamson County.
