Site work for a mixed-use development in Kitscoty, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Generally, the Work consists of miscellaneous concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk repairs, milling existing roadway surfaces, miscellaneous roadway patching and repairs, levelling course as directed by the Consultant, and asphalt concrete pavement overlays on select existing streets within the Village of Kitscoty. Also included in the Work is the paving of an existing gravel road. Briefly, the Work includes: Part A: 49 Avenue from 50 Street to the "Y" Intersection Rehabilitation The rehabilitation for 49 Avenue from 50 Street to 51 Street is to consist of patching, milling, concrete removal and replacements (if required), and an asphalt concrete pavement overlay. The rehabilitation of 49 Avenue from 51 Street to the "Y" intersection will include full asphalt concrete pavement removal, digouts where required, and asphalt concrete pavement placement. Part B: 48 Street from 49 Avenue to 1/2 Block North of 51 Avenue - Asphalt Paving The rehabilitation for 48 Avenue from 49 Avenue to 1/2 Block North of 51 Avenue shall include concrete curb and gutter construction, shaping and recompacting the existing granular base course, digouts where required, asphalt concrete pavement placement, and subsequent grading and topsoil/seeding along the edge of road. Part C: 53 Avenue Sag Repair from Highway 897 to 48 Street The rehabilitation for 53 Avenue will include milling and level course of the sags that are along the roadway. Part D: 48 Street from 53 Avenue to the Cul-de-sac Rehabilitation The rehabilitation for 48 Street from 53 Avenue to the cul-de-sac is to consist of patching, milling, concrete removal and replacements (if required), and an asphalt concrete pavement overlay. Part E: 53 Avenue from 50 Street to 50A Street Rehabilitation The rehabilitation for 53 Avenue from 50 Street to 50A Street is to consist of patching, milling, concrete removal and replacements (if required), and an asphalt concrete pavement overlay. Part F: Miscellaneous Patching Part F will consist of various patching within the Village of Kitscoty. The patching limits will be coordinated through the Village Public Works crew.
