Each year, as new catalogs are published, the successful Bidder(s) shall furnish new catalogs to the designated buyer in the Purchasing Department for approval. The successful Bidder shall also contact the Purchasing Department to obtain a current list of locations, contacts, and to establish the effective date of the new catalog. Catalog distribution is a responsibility of the awarded Bidder, not the School Board. Once approved, it will be the awarded Bidder's responsibility to distribute an ample supply of catalogs to each school and department utilizing this bid. Booklets and prices used to adjust catalog pricing will not be acceptable. As new catalogs become available, it is the awarded Bidder's responsibility to have the following: o New catalog approved by the designated buyer in the purchasing department before distribution to the rest of the schools/departments. o Deliver sufficient quantities of new catalogs to all schools and departments. o Establish effective date with buyer after the requirements above have been met. Any price discrepancies, which occur as a result of the awarded Bidder not following the above guidelines, must be honored by the awarded Bidder. Question End Date 3/24/2023 12:00 PM The School Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Offers, to Waive Informalities, and to Accept All or Any Part of Any Offer as May Be Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the School Board . If a Vendor Must Subcontract Any Portion of a Contract for Any Reason, He Must State the Name and Address of the Subcontractor and the Name of the Person to Be Contacted. The School Board Also Reserves the Right to Reject a Bid or Any Bidder if the Bid Names a Subcontractor Who Has Previously Failed to Deliver on Time Contracts of Similar Nature, or Who is Not in a Position to Perform Properly This Award. The School Board Reserves the Right to Inspect All Facilities of Any Subcontractors in Order to Make a Determination as to the Foregoing.
