It is the Owners intention to select Consultants for professional geotechnical, material testing, and special inspections services. Firms wishing to be considered for these projects are requested to submit their qualifications per the instructions on our website. Professional Geotechnical, Material Testing, and Special Inspections Services Firms wishing to submit for consideration should follow the guidelines established herein. Brentwood Elementary School, Renovation/Addition, 3426 Ingram Dr., Raleigh, NC D. H14, New High School, Morrisville, NC E. Athens Drive Magnet High School, Renovation/Addition, 1420 Athens Dr., Raleigh, NC 2. Professional Services Required Consultants will provide complete geotechnical, material testing and/or special inspection services as negotiated for the Projects according to the developed scopes. 4. Selection Criteria & Format of Proposal The Statement of Qualifications presented will be used for ranking and selection. Provide your submittal electronically. Limit your submittal to seven pages. If selected, consultants may be assigned to one or more projects. 5. Insurance The selected firm must carry a minimum of $1,000,000 of professional liability insurance. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
