The Brunswick CCAP (Community Corrections Alternative Facility) has an existing multipurpose room that contains an EMCO Operational Wall Partition Door on a track system that is broken and beyond repair. A similar type system is being requested in this solicitation to replace the existing operation wall partition door. Bid Document is Attached that is to be completed and returned by DUE DATE. Question Deadline 01/24/2023 After the site visit all bidders and BWCCAP staff will go back upfront to the Superintendents office building to answer any questions. Please note, all questions asked at the site visit will need to be submitted in writing after the pre-bid site visit, by EOB to lynn.phillips@vadoc.virginia.gov The Contractor shall provide all required equipment, goods/supplies, labor, and supervision to remove and dispose of the existing panel / wall partition door system and all parts, to include applicable floor and wall tracks, screws, etc. and provide and install a brand new similar/like operational panel/ wall partition door system that includes a door to walk through to either side. This room will be used for classroom activities with needed privacy for both sides of the wall partition door. This new Operational Wall Partition Door System and all parts, accessories shall be brand new, unused and be provides and install is required as soon as possible. Measurements for the current operational wall partition door in the BWCCAP multipurpose room are as follows: 128" high x 48 3/4" wide. There are 4 sections with 2 panels per section for a total of 8 panels with 2 doors one on each end panel. Also the height with the added top gasket measured 129 1/4 inches
