Consulting firms are invited to submit a statement of qualifications. The study will examine planning and environmental feasibility of a multimodal transit plan for the study area, which is defined as Fort Crook Road from its northern end at South 13th Street and Harrison Street, south to the intersection of Fort Crook Road and Fairview Road. The Fort Crook Road Corridor serves as a backbone for the community, providing access to the Offutt Air Force Base, commercial and retail areas, along with access to a large segment of the residential areas within the community.
