Site work and paving for a road / highway in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work required for the Project comprises construction of concrete pavement at the City of St. Louis, MO, Municipal River Terminal (MRT), a public general-purpose cargo facility located about 1.5 miles north of downtown St. Louis, as required by the attached Contract and the identified Drawings, Technical Specifications and other Bid Documents (collectively, the Contract Documents). All bids shall be submitted pursuant to the terms and conditions in this Invitation and the Instructions to Bidders. The selected Bidder must be a qualified contractor licensed by the City of St. Louis. Questions regarding any matter pertaining to the performance of the Project or the Bidder's response shall be made in writing to the City of St. Louis Port Authority (hereinafter called the "Authority"), 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, Missouri 63103, (Attention: Mr. Roland Comfort) orsent by email to comfortr@stlouis-mo.gov No questions received after 3:00 PM local time on February 3, 2023 City Ordinance 70767 has established goals of 21% African American, 2% Hispanic American, 0.5% Native American, 0.5% Asian American., and 11% Women-owned business enterprise participation. Appendix D contains sample MBE/WBE Submission forms.
