Renovation of an educational facility in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade educational facility.

This project is located at Victoria Public School in London, ON. The scope of work entails the renovation of all the staff and student washrooms within the school, with the exception of the kindergarten washrooms. The floors in each space are original terrazzo, which are to be ground and polished, and repaired as identified. The majority of walls in the spaces are finished with a glazed clay tile up to 1,828mm in height, with painted gypsum walls above which are to be painted. Ceilings are painted concrete, to be patched, repaired and repainted as indicated. Replace multi-stall partitions with new, and provide new Bradley sinks within the student washrooms. Water closets will be removed and reinstalled to permit the installation of other works. Washrooms will see the installation of new accessories and mechanical and electrical modifications and upgrades to suit. Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified.
