Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; swimming pool; and for site work for a stadium.

Phased upgrades and repairs to Damien-Hétu sports centre located at 40 rue Brissette in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts and housing an arena and a swimming pool. The first phase of the project provides for multidisciplinary work including, in particular, repairs to the arena refrigeration and heat evacuation systems, repair/replacement of HVAC equipment in the ice rink sector, repair of the building roofing and entrance hall, repair and expansion of the Zamboni room and snow pit, repair of the swimming pool sector (promenade and basin), securing the site and landscaping. The second phase will include will consist of carrying out work linked to the universal accessibility of the center, addition of an elevator, remodeling the pool locker rooms, addition of automated doors and renovation of the pool area. TIMELINE: The owner has phased the project implementation and awarded a contract for the implementation of the first construction phase that is followed in the report under CRM ID name Redevelopment of the Damien Hétu Sports Centre - Phase 1. Tender(s) for contractor(s) of subsequent construction phase(s) is(are) anticipated in summer/fall 2024 and will be followed in new separate reports.
