The estimated value of the construction work is $790,000.00 (plus tax). For information, the project consists of the complete repair of the membrane of four roof basins, including the metal roof with rods; replacement of the flashings, two skylights (skylights on the stairs) and carpentry elements in the Dobell Pavilion at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute Campus. The work completion period is 24 weeks from the date of the authorization to begin the work given by the project manager. Only contractors having a business office in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding the license required under the Building Act are eligible to bid. .
