March 2023 Anticipated contract award date Scope of Work The Hays County IT-Election's Building consists of approximately 41,490 square foot interior remodel of the property located at 120 Stagecoach Trail, San Marcos, TX. The project will consist of selective demolition of existing interior fit-out to coordinate with new plan and include, but not limited to demolition of interior walls, millwork, plastic laminate cabinetry, flooring, interior glass, ceilings, electrical, and plumbing. New interior construction to include new open workspace, enclosed offices, accessory meeting rooms, pantry with seating and storage areas and include but not limited to, construction of new walls, millwork, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing and electrical, flooring, and HVAC for the new offices. Alterations to the exterior skin of the building, existing building height and existing building area are not included in this scope of work, as well as the existing meeting rooms in the front of the building
