The University of Houston System (Owner) is soliciting proposals (Proposals) from interested firms (each, a Respondent) for the selection of a construction manager-at-risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction services for renovations at the Guy V Lewis Development Center at the University of Houston (the Project). This RFP is the first and only step of the process for selecting a CMAR as provided by Texas Education Code 51.782(d). The RFP provides the information necessary to prepare and submit a proposal including fees and general conditions. Project Description. The project scope is limited to the Guy V Lewis Development Center. The project includes renovating the Mens and Womens locker rooms and lounge areas.
