The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and planning for the construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester and Aeration Basin Structural Repairs, including but not limited to, structural repairs to the Digester Basin Nos. 2 and 3 and Treatment Plant No. 3; the addition of protective coatings to the Supernatant Basin, Thickener Basin and Digester Basin Nos. 1, 2 and 3; demolition of decant valve and scum lift in Digester Nos. 2 and 3; the demolition and replacement of the aeration system in Digester No. 3; bypass pumping, SWPP and all else noted in the specifications and shown on the construction drawings but not included in other bid items required for a complete and functional plant.
