The Town of Greenwich Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Highway Division of the Department of Public Works, is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Stone Granite Curbing to the Town, on an as-needed basis. The intention of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to establish a Commodity Award with one (1) or more Vendor(s) who will, upon request, provide the Town with the supplies described in the RFB. There is no guarantee as to the quantity of supplies the Town may purchase during the term of the Commodity Award. The Commodity Award will have an initial term of one (1) year. In addition, there will be four (4) optional years that may be engaged through the mutual consent of both parties on an annual basis. At the request of the Town, the awarded Vendor(s) shall provide quotations for required supplies, based on the unit prices provided on the Reply Sheets. Bids will remain in effect for a minimum of ninety (90) days from the deadline for submission of the bid. The Town of Greenwich reserves the right to reject any and all bids not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town, or to accept that bid which appears to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to waive any and all informalities, or to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid.
