Site work and renovation of a civil project in Mankato, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Honeymead Pump Station is located adjacent to Sibley Park, at the intersection of Spence Street and West 3rd Street. It is part of the USACE Stage 2 drainage area, which is approximately 293 acres in size, and includes the area tributary to three storm water pump stations, including the Le Hillier East pump station and the Le Hillier West pump station. Of the three, only the Honeymead pump station is located within the City of Mankato. The Honeymead pump station has three vertical turbine pumps, with a design capacity of 52,400 gallons per minute (gpm). This project is in included in the City of Mankato FY 2023 - 2027 CIP. As of January 21, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
