Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lavon, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Narrative: Pogue Construction is the selected General Contractor for this Project. This Bid consists of a new ground-up middle school. Structural Steel, Roofing, Food Service Equipment, Earthwork, and SWPPP were awarded with the Early Bid Package. All other trades are out for bid. Pogue Construction reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, to advertise for new proposals, or proceed to do the work by other means, when in the best interests of Community ISD and Pogue Construction. No bidder may withdraw its Proposal within ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids will be received either by mail or hand delivery at 1512 Bray Central Drive, Suite 300 in McKinney, TX 75069 or by email at bid@pogueconstruction.com. A completed bid package and bid proposal form is required with each bid and can be found in the Bid Packages folder. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Pogue Construction office at 972-529-9401. The Sr. Estimator on the project is Chris Broerman. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 2-7-2023. Geotechnical report has been issued as of 2-3-2023. The construction schedule has been posted as of 1-31-2023. Bid Packs have been issued as of 2-3-2023.
