Removal of two (2) existing air handling units and associated ductwork. 2. Provision of one (1) new gas fired RTU with curb-mounted mechanical cooling on the roof. 3. Provision of roof structural upgrades to accommodate new Rooftop Air Conditioning Units and accessories. 4. Extension of natural gas-line to the new gas fired RTU with mechanical cooling. 5. Provision of new ductwork in the gymnasium. 6. Provision of necessary roof penetrations, including roof deck and roof repair/infill. 7. Offsite legal disposal of all removed materials.
