Renovation of a mixed-use development in Covington, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Covington is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for a commercial roof replacement. A 5% bid bond will be required with bid. A Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% will be required from awarded vendor. The City of Covington reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Construction should begin within sixty (60) days of the notice of award and shall be complete no later than one-hundred twenty (120) days from the date of commencement.
