Gwinnett County, through the Department of Support Services, wishes to procure services for exterior window cleaning at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center located at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Other work may take place at the facility concurrently. The Contractor shall submit work schedules within 10 days after being awarded a Purchase Order for the project and a minimum of 14 days in advance of the proposed start date and receive written approvalfrom the County for this schedule prior to proceeding with work. Work must be completed prior to July 1, 2023 Award will be made to the contractor submitting the lowest responsive and responsible quote. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Quotes may be split or awarded in entirety. Gwinnett County reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) at its discretion The County reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to waive technicalities, informalities and minor irregularities in bids received.
