Blow are the areas that should be part of the RFP: Kitchen: - Completely demo of existing space - New cabinetry and countertops - New wiring - New lighting - New plumbing (labor & materials) - Paint Room - 2 Wall mount fans - Refinish concrete floor - Waste station - New doors Bathrooms: Men's - Relocate men's bathroom to opposite side of building - Remove/demo existing toilet, urinal, sink, accessories, partitions - New wiring - New plumbing fixtures (labor and materials) - New accessories - New partition for toilet - Partial partition for urinal - Paint room - Install new exterior door - Refinish concrete floor - New Door Women's - Relocate women's bathroom to opposite side of building - Remove/demo existing toilets, sinks, vanity, accessories, partitions - New Wiring - New plumbing (labor and materials) - New accessories - New partition for toilets - New vanity top - Paint room - Install new exterior door - Refinish concrete floor - New door Storage Room: - Relocate storage room to opposite side of building - New Paint - Repair brick hole in wall - New shelving - Refinish Flooring - New wiring - New light - New Doors Mechanics Room: - Relocate mechanics to opposite side of building - New Paint - Concrete floor refinished - New doors - Clean-up area Exterior - Remove existing roof and address wood rot on joist and rafters.
