Colfax Housing Authority is requesting qualification statements from firms or design professionals interested in providing Architectural services as required for work to be completed under the Housing Authority's 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 & 2027 Comprehensive Funding Program (CFP) grants. This work will generally consist of the modernization of existing housing units, site improvements, etc. at Colfax Housing Authority housing projects. All services shall be in accordance with CIAP HUD Handbook 7485.1, Rev.4 and Modernization Standards HUD Handbook 7485.2, Rev.1. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
