Renovation of a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of July 6, 2023 the project was awarded to Paulsen Construction for $2,685,292.89. General Contractors are invited to submit Prequalification Documents to become prequalified to bid on City & County Building Interior Earthquake Damage Repairs The Work will consist of the completion of all interior earthquake damage repairs inside the City & County Building. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Prequalification Documents or to waive any informality or technicality in any Prequalification Documents deemed to be in the best interest of the City. In compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the following information is provided, contact person: Dan Hanover, Contract Administrator, City Engineer's Office, (385) 315-0795, Daniel.hanover@slcgov.com. If assistance is required, please contact the above office 72 hours before the bid opening. Questions are due by 5:00 p.m. on April 14 th 2023 Question Submission Close Date 5/4/2023 5:00 PM MDT A. The work will consist of the completion of all interior earthquake damage repairs inside the City & County Building. See additional information under the Scope of Work Section. Repair of earthquake damage on the interior of the building B. The location of the work is 451 S Washington Square, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. The city engineer's estimate for this project is over $2,000,000.00. Completion- June 2024
