A SCADA software, Ignition to be used for the new HMI has been procured by the City and will be provided by the City for use in implementation, installation, configuration, testing and startup of the replacement system on the City's potable water treatment facilities - North Holly, South Holly, Rolling Hills, Westside, and Eagle Mountain Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) . Currently three different Human Machine Interface (HMI) platforms are utilized. These include HSQ-Miser, GE Cimplicity, and Allen-Bradley FactoryTalk View SE, all of which report to a head-end HMI (HSQ-Miser). The project includes the design, installation, configuration, testing and maintenance through Final Acceptance of a complete SCADA replacement for the City's Water Department SCADA system, inclusive of but not limited to: upgraded SCADA systems at each of the five WTPs; a new centralized SCADA system; an upgraded network architecture to support the SCADA replacement; a new data architecture to support a comprehensive historical data collection and reporting interface and other work elements to support the SCADA upgrades. The Contractor shall provide the following project services. Pre-Construction Services including Familiarization and Preliminary Assessment and Design Services for SCADA system architecture and component selection requirements. Construction Services to include Programming and Configuration; Factory Acceptance Testing; Cutover, Field Testing, and Start-Up; System Maintenance, Final Acceptance, and Warranty.
