Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and elderly care / assisted living facility.

The Redmond Senior Center Kitchen Remodel Project SC2201 includes remodeling the Redmond Senior Center Kitchen and the replacement of equipment. The scope of services generally includes new flooring, service counters, and tables, storage shelving, wall paneling, painting, new electrical and plumbing for equipment, and new commercial kitchen equipment. The City of Redmond retains the ownership rights to the existing equipment. A portion of the equipment will be put back into service of the Senior Center. Removal and storage of the equipment shall be coordinated with the maintenance department of the Redmond Public Works. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $450,000. The first-tier subcontractor list is required to be submitted by 4:00 PM, same day. (Note: The first-tier subcontractor list may also be submitted with the sealed bid at the contractor's preference). Bids shall be clearly labeled: Redmond Senior Center Kitchen Remodel SC2201. This is a Public Works Contract and is subject to State Prevailing Wage. The contractor shall comply with all provisions required by State ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870 relating to the payment of prevailing wage rates for work performed. Prevailing Wage publications applicable to this contract are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon dated January 1, 2023, and current amendments.
