Renovation of a municipal facility in Hastings, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidders bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. It is anticipated that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will consider award of the project at 9:00 AM on March 14, 2023 at its regular meeting at the Administration Center, 1590 Hwy 55, Hastings, MN and reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. Estimated cost for this package is $330,000. Owners representative is Joe Lexa - 651-438-4566. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project by November 6, 2023.
