Control Building & Equipment Procurement - Hardin Valley Substation - LCUB reserves the right to award the project to the best evaluated bid as determined by LCUB and the Engineer. Hardin Valley Substation: 2007 Marietta Church Rd, Knoxville, TN 37932 A. Design, manufacture, and factory test Goods, including one concrete control building including DC battery system and chargers, AC and DC panel boards, anchor bolts and miscellaneous equipment, as specified herein and on the Contract Drawings. B. Deliver Goods F.O.B. Point of Destination. Seller has the responsibility of Goods during shipment. Freight shall be allowed and pre-paid. C. Seller is responsible for offloading and onsite assembly of Goods. LCUB reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids.
