Reference Number: AB-2023-00513 The Municipal District of Greenview No.16 (hereafter referred to as Greenview) is seeking proposals for planning consultant firms to submit a written proposal to create Two (2) new Area Structure Plans for the hamlets of Ridgevalley and DeBolt and adjacent areas. The plan(s) must adhere to Section 633(2) of the Municipal Government Act and the Greenview Municipal Development Plan. The specific objective of this project is the preparation and adoption of Area Structure Plans for the hamlets of Ridgevalley and DeBolt, in a clear and concise manner. The plans are to provide direction on sustainable development of the hamlets and the surrounding lands which reflect the needs of the communities within the reasonable limitations of current infrastructure capacity. In doing so it will support and direct growth and change that will be capable of meeting the residential, commercial, industrial, service and community needs of the areas' residents.
