Oehrli Elementary School Window Replacement The project consists of removal and replacement of nineteen (19) large window openings at R.R. Oehrli Elementary School located at 4859 Knudsen Street, Montague, MI 49437. All proposals shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement as well as Iran Economic Sanctions Act, both of which forms are included in the Bid Form All Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of sixty (60) days from the time and date of Bid receipt. The successful Bidder will be required to secure Performance, Labor and Material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000, from a surety company having a rating A- or better, for the full amount of the Contract.
