Vulcan Tower Pedestal Exterior Repairs This Job is Available for Prequalified Bidders Only This job consists of: Repair deficient exterior masonry joint conditions on the exterior facade of the Vulcan Tower Pedestal Repointing all cracked, eroded, and otherwise deteriorating mortar joints with mortar mixture based on the original mortar mix Replacing all joint sealant at openings and shelf angles Repairing localized areas of spalled concrete An alternate additional scope of works may be considered are repair of cracked solder joints in ternecoated steel roofing, full tower waterproofing, interior plaster and associated repair work.
