Bid A at $56,000.00 and Bid B at $61,000.00 The Borough of Irwin is accepting bids for the contract to perform maintenance on the roof of the Borough of Irwin Municipal Office Building, located at 424 Main Street, Irwin, PA 15642. Bids will be accepted As a Bid A and Bid B. Bid A is to replace the roof membrane with the existing fire horn remaining and Bid B is to remove the fire horn and then replace the roof membrane. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed not to be in the best interest of the Borough. No bid may be withdrawn prior to 60 days after the date fixed for bid opening or prior to the award of the contract, whichever occurs first. Versico or similar brand insulation required. o Adhere 60 mill rubber membrane over entire roof and over parapet walls.
