Each Bid shall be submitted in a sealed, envelope and individually marked with the following: Project Name (as noted above) Prime Construction Contract Number and Name: (ie: Grandstand ADA Seating AdditionAGC01) Company Name. Bids shall be made upon the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashieru8217s check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid amount made payable to or indemnifying the Norwin School District. In addition, submit the following with each bid: Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractors Qualification Statement, and Certificate of Authority (if applicable).
