As of January 24, 2024, a developer has been awarded and this project is in the conceptual phase. An architect has not been selected. It is anticipated construction will start July 2024 with completion in August 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Richland, Washington has issued the above solicitation for the development of affordable housing by either a non-profit, public housing authority or a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Federal laws and regulations described in 24 CFR, Part 92 are required. If unable to reach Public Purchase, contact the City Purchasing Division at 509-942-7710.
