The City of Olean Department of Public Works is seeking proposals for the annual maintenance and/or recharging of fire extinguishers at the various divisions of the Department of Public Works for calendar year 2023, in accordance with the latest revisions in Chapter 4 of the National Fire Code. Please ensure that the 6-year maintenance and hydrotest/refill are also done according to NFPA guidelines. Contractor shall perform the annual maintenance and/or recharging of fire extinguishers at all DPW facilities, in accordance with the latest revisions of Chapter 4 of the National Fire Code, during calendar year 2023. Contractor must have undergone the necessary instructions to reliably perform maintenance on fire extinguishers. When submitting invoices for work performed, each facility must be on their own invoice.
