The Town of palm Beach ("Town") is requesting qualifications from Seawall Construction Contractors. Selection of Seawall Contractor will be a two step process. This Request for Qualifications aims to select an experienced and competent firms capable to provide construction services during the construction phase. Only Pre-Qualified Contractors through this solicitation will be invited and allowed to bid on up coming seawall projects. Note: Mid-Town Seawall Replacement Project will follow right after this Request For Qualification. No proposer may withdraw their proposals for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date set for the opening thereof. The Contractor shall have Florida State contractor licensure, certification as a marine contractor, and have continuously demonstrated ability to successfully perform seawall construction work with the municipal and private sectors within a minimum of 10 years. Town intent is to qualify at least three vendors but not more then 10. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award the contract to that proposer whose proposal best complies with the RFQ specifications.
